Texas has recently enacted new laws requiring that non-physicians
using light based technologies (Laser or IPL) for hair removal must
receive certification from a State approved training company. The deadline
is September 1, 2010. Dallas based Medical Laser Dynamics offers a “Texas
Laser Hair Removal Certification Program” to practitioners needing
